Our journey begins.
We are launching with two passions close to our hearts: active movement and speciality coffee. Rooted Move and Rooted Coffee represent the premier milestones of our expanding dream.
Rooted Moves
Our first space will be Rooted Moves - a countryside gym built around functional training, fresh air and feeling good in your body.
A place to train hard, move well and be part of a community, with the fields quite literally on your doorstep.
Rooted Coffee
Rooted Coffee will serve speciality coffee and a considered selection of drinks and snacks.
Think properly made coffee, smoothies, protein shakes and recovery drinks - whether you're grabbing something after training, meeting a friend or simply passing by for your morning coffee.
This is just the beginning.
Movement and coffee are just the start. In time, Rooted will grow to include dedicated spaces to recover, work and slow down - bringing Rooted Thermal and Rooted Lounge to life.
Rooted Thermal
We're creating a space centred around the simple ritual of sauna and cold water therapy. A place to pause, reset and enjoy the benefits of heat and cold, surrounded by nature.
Whether it's part of your working day, your weekend or your own wellbeing routine, Rooted Thermal is about taking a moment to reset before stepping back into everyday life.
A landscape-led social space. A future hub for shared work, deep conversation, and community connection.

About us
We're Rob and Daisy, both born and raised in the Surrey Hills - a place we're deeply attached to.
We've visited, lived and worked around the world, and we've never found anywhere that compares to the beauty of the Surrey Hills, or to the calm and restoration it gives you.
We've been fortunate enough to take our work with us as we've travelled, and it taught us something simple: our best ideas come when we feel connected to the people and the place around us. When we're calm. Energised. Nourished.
That's the experience we're bringing to you.
We know what it's like to try to focus in a noisy café, to feel isolated working from home, or uninspired at a hot desk.
Here, you'll arrive to somewhere that's yours for the day - a desk with a view of the countryside, coffee worth staying for, space to reset, and a community where you feel you belong.
